Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center.
  • •Fully manage facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency, conduct root cause analysis, and execute action plans with site leadership and associates.
  • •Run weekly site performance reviews and guide daily site manager huddles to set tone, priorities, and countermeasures.
  • •Support continuous improvement projects and develop Reconditioning Lead/Manager populations with development plans and competency-based feedback, while ensuring health, safety, and loss prevention compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience leading a team of over 50 associates and developing employees.
  • •Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis and action plans.
  • •Must be open to relocation (ideally nationwide) and be able to work variable schedules as needed.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years; must be able to communicate in English and meet physical job requirements.
