Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management process with internal stakeholders to support successful project execution
  • •Create sourcing strategies for assigned categories to reduce risk and meet purchasing targets, including payment terms, cash targets, and cost savings
  • •Perform quantitative and business process analyses to identify financial impacts, cost improvements, and performance for assigned categories
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to define SLAs and KPIs for suppliers and measure delivery, cost reduction, quality, and timeliness
  • •Negotiate strategically, manage contracts and supplier performance, and handle procurement execution tasks including purchase orders and blocked invoices

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree
  • •Construction project management and/or construction cost estimate experience
  • •Familiarity or experience in purchasing or similar procurement-related experience
  • •Strong budget tracking and cost analytical skills
  • •Strong contract negotiation and document management skills
