Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement social impact programs aligned with the organization’s mission; manage planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful program delivery and governance across grants, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • •Coordinate community engagement, partnerships, volunteering, and stakeholder management to advance ESG/CSR objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain an impact measurement framework; collect, analyze, and report results to leadership and external stakeholders.
  • •Align social impact strategy with business goals, prepare annual work plans and budgets, and communicate outcomes through executive-ready updates.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10+ years of experience in social impact, community development, program management, or related field.
  • •Proven track record of developing and implementing social impact programs.
