Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of store staff to perform warehousing activities and support goods/services distribution across EGA.
  • •Administer store operations including receipts, issues, inspections, accounting, and safe storage of materials; support inventory valuation system.
  • •Monitor store staff workload and plan efficient utilisation of resources and storage space.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure incoming materials meet required quality/specifications before acceptance.
  • •Ensure prompt, correct material release to production to avoid interruptions; highlight shortages to the Supervisor and coordinate with Port Authority, Purchasing, and Shipping on delivery status while complying with EHS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in a relevant area.
  • •Good command of spoken and written English is essential.
  • •2–3 years of experience as a Senior Store man.
  • •Good knowledge of computer systems such as SAP and MS Windows for warehouse systems.
  • •Proficiency in warehousing tools and equipment, including HHT (hand-held terminals/scanners), barcode systems, and mobile equipment like forklifts, pick-up/van, and personnel carriers.
