Senior Advisor - Safety, Health and Environment (Roads and Infrastructure)

Lead Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) efforts for roads and infrastructure projects in Dubai. Serve as the primary SH&E point of contact, develop and oversee SH&E strategies aligned to regulations, and run risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations with corrective actions. Partner cross-functionally to embed SH&E best practices, mentor junior EHS staff, deliver SH&E training, and represent the organization with regulatory bodies while reporting to senior management.
