Job Summary

Certified B1 Certifying Engineer role responsible for line-level maintenance on Airbus A320 aircraft at Air Arabia Egypt. You will review tasks with the manager, prepare and execute scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot defects, ensure airworthiness, sign off completed work, and coordinate with engineers, flight crew and MCC to maintain readiness and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Reviews assigned maintenance work with the Manager to gain full understanding of tasks, their relative priorities, documentation requirements and cautions, prior to starting work.
•Prepares and performs scheduled aircraft maintenance, ensuring that the required documentation, parts, tools and GSE are obtained and used for each task.
•Performs defect troubleshooting and rectification in accordance with Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and instructions provided by the MCC and Engineering departments.
•Protects airworthiness, ensuring aircrafts are dispatched in a fully compliant condition and configuration, inspected and tested in accordance with approved maintenance procedures.
•Signs off maintenance tasks performed or supervised within the scope of own authorization, verifying that the aircraft technical log and associated documents have been completed to the required standard following completion of all maintenance.

Key Requirements

•Holds ECAA LWTR For Large Aircraft and holds Maintenance License and company maintenance approvals on the Airbus A320 with CFM engine for A&C Category.
•Ability to obtain an unrestricted ECAA LWTR A&C Category License.
•Able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of airframe and engine systems and maintenance practices.
•Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to a good standard for technical communications.
•Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
