Prepare accurate costings and proposals for BMS tenders by studying project specifications, understanding technical drawings, and producing tender submission and clarification documents. Partner closely with the sales team, source and negotiate quotations with suppliers and vendors, and maintain relationships with subcontractors/clients. Perform site measurements and attend tender clarifications as required to support timely, high-quality bids.
