Job Summary

Support the Private Equity Investments team across the investment lifecycle, with a focus on investment analysis and applying AI tools to enable digital transformation. Help identify and implement AI/digitalization use cases, translate recurring analytical tasks into AI-supported solutions, and assist with due diligence. Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives, develop AI-supported insights for investment materials, and help establish KPIs to monitor initiative performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to identifying and implementing AI and digitalization use cases within Private Equity investment processes.
•Translate recurring Private Equity analytical tasks into AI-supported solutions with stakeholders and technology teams.
•Support investment managers with AI-driven quantitative and investment analyses and during due diligence of private equity funds and co-investments.
•Drive efficiency improvements through automation, standardization, and optimization initiatives.
•Create AI-supported insights for investment materials and presentations and support KPI establishment and performance monitoring.

Key Requirements

•Advanced studies in data science, economics, business administration, or a related field with specialization in AI, finance or investment.
•First practical experience in AI-related roles, preferably with exposure to Private Equity, corporate finance, M&A or transaction services.
•Strong affinity for technology and AI application, plus interest in Private Equity/investment processes and fundamental finance knowledge.
•Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
•Experience applying generative AI tools such as Copilot to improve operational efficiency.
