Area Manager

Lead multi-store operations across Eastern Iowa by driving sales, profitability, inventory control, and expense management. You’ll direct and coach store teams (including Store Managers), build a high-performance culture, uphold safety and compliance standards, and execute growth strategies aligned with corporate initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting store visits, analyzing P&L and KPIs, managing budgets, recruiting and training leaders, and resolving escalated customer concerns while implementing operational changes.
