Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and management of the TPRM program framework for sales partner engagements, driving risk conversations to closure.
  • •Manage TPRM governance committees by preparing materials and setting agendas focused on risk identification, mitigation, and oversight.
  • •Define roles and responsibilities within the TPRM governance framework and enhance risk treatment/acceptance processes.
  • •Establish and maintain TPRM program metrics (KPIs/KRIs) and communicate program health using thresholds to board and senior management.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to apply TPRM policies consistently and support ongoing training, tool/workflow enhancements, and regulatory alignment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,400 - 191,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
  • •5–7 years of experience in third-party risk management, governance, compliance, or related oversight roles, including at least 2 years driving and managing projects or programs.
  • •Strong understanding of third-party risk management and risk management fundamentals.
  • •Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks (e.g., FCPA/UK Bribery Act, GDPR, NIST RMF, ISO 27001).
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with strong analytical ability to assess complex risk data.
