Job Summary

Lead partner development for Stripe in the EMEA Alliances & Channels team by cultivating Consulting/Services and Technology partnerships. Drive revenue through cross-functional collaboration with regional sales, partner programs, marketing, enablement, and co-selling while engaging with systems integrators, software vendors, and cloud partners to grow Stripe’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Cultivate and develop Stripe’s Consulting/Services and Technology partnerships within the EMEA region.
•Manage partner relationships and drive revenue through collaboration with regional sales teams and cross-functional partners.
•Build and execute Stripe’s global partner programs, partner marketing, enablement and co-selling initiatives to drive partner participation.
•Collaborate with consulting partners (Systems Integrators, Services firms, Development Agencies) and technology partners (software companies, ISVs, cloud companies) to create compelling value propositions.
•Travel as needed to manage and grow partnerships across the region.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of managing partnerships and/or sales for high-tech or financial services organizations.
•Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
•Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome.
•Highly organized self starter with strong multi-tasking skills, who can take ownership, influence others and be efficient in ambiguous situations.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
