Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture affiliate needs and specificities for a product domain through interviews, surveys, and analysis of data and feedback.
  • •Serve as liaison between the business and the incident support team; qualify incidents and route them to the right capability teams.
  • •Plan and execute rollout and change management for global products within the domain scope, including local impact assessment and adoption support.
  • •Support testing activities with end users and perform defined required roll-out activities.
  • •Collect and consolidate metrics/insights to report value delivered from products at affiliate level.
