Job Summary

Own demand, testing, change, adoption, and value creation for the Operations Product portfolio across North America, including Demand Planning and Supply Chain & Customer Operations processes. Partner with S&OP, Production, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service stakeholders to capture affiliate needs, manage incidents, execute global rollouts, and measure value delivered. Drive adoption of products spanning Anaplan, ERP, and data warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

•Capture affiliate needs and specificities for a product domain through interviews, surveys, and analysis of data and feedback.
•Serve as liaison between the business and the incident support team; qualify incidents and route them to the right capability teams.
•Plan and execute rollout and change management for global products within the domain scope, including local impact assessment and adoption support.
•Support testing activities with end users and perform defined required roll-out activities.
•Collect and consolidate metrics/insights to report value delivered from products at affiliate level.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,800 - 191,000 annually
