Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines that transform raw sources into trusted, well-documented datasets across batch and streaming.
  • •Own data quality and observability end-to-end by implementing monitoring, alerting, testing, and documentation for pipelines and models.
  • •Build and evolve the semantic and metric layer with context and guardrails for reliable querying by analysts and AI agents.
  • •Architect well-modeled datasets using dimensional modeling, Data Vault, or One Big Table principles with sound grain definition and key strategy.
  • •Engineer enterprise-scale data solutions using Generative AI frameworks (Codex, Claude Code, Snowflake Cortex) to accelerate intelligent analytics development.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of software engineering experience with a substantial focus on data architecture or system design.
  • •Experience architecting or designing complex data models (grain selection, key strategy, schema design) and scaling data platforms in multi-tenant environments.
  • •Fluency in Python, Java, or Scala with strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • •Deep expertise in data modeling paradigms including dimensional modeling, Data Vault, or One Big Table.
  • •Experience designing batch and streaming pipeline architectures, including multi-region replication.
