Job Summary

Support the safe, efficient operation of the yacht while delivering exceptional guest service onboard. Assist with boarding and guest requests, follow safety protocols and drills, and maintain emergency equipment under the captain’s direction. Handle housekeeping and general maintenance, support deck operations such as docking and mooring, and assist with navigation/seamanship duties where needed. Promote responsible environmental practices and coordinate effectively with fellow crew.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide guest services, including assisting with boarding/disembarking and attending to requests while sharing information about the yacht and amenities.
•Assist with safety and emergency preparedness by following protocols, participating in safety drills, and responding promptly to emergencies under the captain’s direction.
•Maintain housekeeping standards and assist with general maintenance tasks across yacht interior spaces.
•Support deck operations, including handling lines during docking/mooring/anchoring and helping with deck-related tasks as required.
•Contribute to navigation and seamanship support (e.g., lookout, monitoring instruments/equipment) and promote environmentally responsible behavior onboard.

Key Requirements

•Provide excellent customer service to guests onboard, including assisting with boarding/disembarking and responding to guest requests.
•Follow safety and emergency procedures, including assisting with safety drills and maintaining emergency equipment under the captain’s direction.
•Maintain cleanliness of the yacht interior and assist with general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, polishing, and organizing supplies.
•Assist with deck operations during docking, mooring, and anchoring, and support water sports equipment/tenders as required.
•Have ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills) and demonstrate the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Experience:5+ years

Education:Bachelor's in Maritime Studies, Shipping Operations or relevant field
