Key Responsibilities

  • •Support routing, switching, wireless, and LAN/WAN internetworking for enterprise mission-critical infrastructure.
  • •Ensure network configurations comply with standards, reviewing logs and managing SD-WAN/LAN/WAN and NMS activities.
  • •Participate in setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of enterprise network components.
  • •Own escalated support tickets and service requests through resolution using ServiceNow.
  • •Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver successful network projects and work in a rotating 24x7 on-call environment.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience managing LAN & WAN infrastructures.
  • •8+ years of experience in routing & switching plus Riverbed and wireless.
  • •Hands-on vendor experience including VELO Cloud and Cisco and Riverbed.
  • •Expertise in routing, switching, wireless, LAN/WAN with both L2 and L3 protocols (e.g., STP/MSTP/RSTP, EIGRP/OSPF/BGP).
  • •Knowledge of ITIL and Change Management processes, with ability to travel and work in a 24x7 rotating on-call environment.
