Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for safety of employees in the plant and lead safety activities with clear, consistent communication of safe work expectations.
  • •Support and investigate line/equipment stoppages related to imminent safety risks; lead risk assessments and drive corrective/preventative actions.
  • •Ensure proper employee training and development, conduct performance appraisals, and motivate/coaching through feedback.
  • •Insure product quality, support quality systems and ISO requirements, enforce GMP, and maintain accurate production reporting (Mattec, WebEFF).
  • •Manage labor utilization and production standards, control scrap and rework, communicate shift activities to management daily, and complete continuous improvement events annually.
