Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive demand generation and close orders with OEM customers across the assigned region, building market position and brand awareness across target verticals.
  • •Own and grow an end-to-end book of business, developing account plans to annual revenue targets and maintaining executive-level customer relationships.
  • •Guide customers through material qualification and program approval processes by coordinating internal technical evaluations and resources.
  • •Lead development of MOUs, JDAs, and supply agreements to secure 2026 and beyond volume commitments while representing the company at tradeshows and customer events.
  • •Own end-to-end demand planning and forecasting, maintaining forecast accuracy, and translate customer program schedules into production-aligned plans with rigorous CRM pipeline management.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive commercial or sales experience, including 5+ years focused on mobility, industrial, advanced technology, or adjacent industries.
  • •Proven track record building and growing complex, technical accounts in long sales-cycle industrial markets.
  • •Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and growing account revenue year over year.
  • •Industrial demand planning and forecasting experience in a manufacturing or industrial supply environment.
  • •CRM proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales preferred; Salesforce.com or Hubspot acceptable).
