Job Summary

Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI solutions on the Salesforce platform for Account Success teams. Drive AI strategy, rapid prototyping, and prompt engineering, while aligning business needs with technical data requirements. Own the transformation of internal Salesforce usage, ensuring productivity gains and knowledge up-skilling through agentic AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive AI strategy, build and experiment with AI solutions, and develop end-to-end AI systems from concept to production.
•Design precise prompts grounded in Salesforce data structures to maximize agent reliability and minimize hallucinations.
•Align product and engineering teams by translating business needs into concrete technical data requirements and prompt specifications.
•Maintain awareness of the broader AI landscape, tools, frameworks, and trends to inform roadmap decisions.
•Lead rapid Proof-of-Concept cycles and ensure timely delivery and iteration of AI features.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of technical experience, with at least 2 years focused on complex Agentic AI Salesforce implementations and custom data modelling.
•Strong business acumen: translate business needs into technical data requirements for AI prompts.
•Prior experience building AI solutions and an Agentic mindset.
•Expertise in Context Engineering: curate business processes and metadata into high-performing prompts.
•Deep mastery of the Salesforce Platform and AI tooling proficiency.
