Lead day-to-day accounting for dLocal’s Brazilian entity, ensuring accurate, timely IFRS-compliant records and financial reporting. Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, review journal entries and reconciliations, and maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting. Drive statutory and regulatory reporting for a regulated Payment Institution, ensuring compliance with BACEN standards, deadlines, and SOX requirements. Manage and mentor the Brazil Accounting team and lead local statutory audits with Big Four partners.
