Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate backend services that mint, custody, and settle tokenized equities across leading blockchains with correctness and auditability requirements.
  • •Lead large, technically complex projects end to end—design, implementation, rollout, and operating what you ship in a 24/7 system.
  • •Build connective integration between traditional market infrastructure and on-chain systems, including smart contract integrations, chain indexers, and DEX trade flows.
  • •Partner with product, compliance, legal, and platform teams to translate regulatory constraints into workable system design.

Key Requirements
