Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage sourcing, ordering, tracking, and delivery of materials and equipment (OFCI/CFCI).
  • •Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control (safety stock), and asset management.
  • •Ensure on-time delivery of materials to meet project milestones and site requirements.
  • •Manage vendor relationships, subcontractor POs, RMAs, and large rental/vendor programs.
  • •Coordinate site logistics with general contractors and hyper scale data center clients, and support invoice-to-PO matching, credits, and vendor payment coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •4+ years of logistics, supply chain, procurement, or materials management experience in construction, data center, or infrastructure environments.
  • •Strong experience managing OFCI/CFCI materials, warehouses, and multi-site operations.
  • •Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • •Strong vendor management, financial coordination, and reporting skills.
