Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Product Owner of the engineering chatbot “PIA” with operative and strategic tasks.
  • •Participate in meetings and committees focused on Data & AI.
  • •Maintain and further develop the “PIA” intranet on SharePoint and build/operate the user community.
  • •Create training videos, articles, and other communication formats.
  • •Run presentations and demo sessions and help build/structure an EE intranet to centralize processes, systems, and learning content.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelorstudium (idealerweise) in Marketing & Kommunikation, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Digitalisierung oder Projektmanagement (oder vergleichbar).
  • •Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • •Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
  • •Erste Erfahrungen mit MS SharePoint sind von Vorteil.
  • •Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern sowie Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist.
