Job Summary

Shape and drive Trust & Safety account-integrity policy enforcement by assessing abuse and safety risks tied to new products and features. Translate evolving abuse trends and operational insights into clear policy guidance, enforcement frameworks, and platform mitigation strategies. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Public Policy, Communications, Operations, and Enforcement to design and implement scalable policy and enforcement approaches, including automation and human review.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and evolve global Trust & Safety policies related to Account Integrity.
•Assess policy and safety risks for new products, providing recommendations that balance user safety, legal considerations, and operational scalability.
•Design, negotiate, and implement policy solutions for complex account-safety challenges with cross-functional partners.
•Translate abuse trends and operational insights into policy guidance, enforcement frameworks, and platform mitigation strategies.
•Lead large cross-functional projects from scoping through execution, including scalable enforcement approaches leveraging automation and human review.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of experience in trust & safety, public policy, tech policy, content moderation, platform integrity, or a related field.
•Experience developing, interpreting, or operationalizing online safety, abuse-prevention, or platform-enforcement policies.
•Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Product, Legal, Communications, and Operations.
•Project/program management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and turning risk assessments into actionable recommendations.
