Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze identity, application, role, entitlement, and access data to support IAM initiatives.
  • •Perform IAM/GRC risk assessments to identify excessive or inappropriate access and apply least-privilege principles and RBAC.
  • •Review user profiles and access patterns using IAM/IGA platforms and support application inventory for SSO/Okta integration.
  • •Triage and analyze legacy OAuth applications within Google Workspace and document findings, recommendations, access profiles, and remediation actions.
  • •Coordinate with application owners and technical teams to drive remediation and help establish repeatable IAM governance processes for access reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •IAM / identity governance / access management experience.
  • •Experience with Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Lumos, or a comparable IAM/IGA platform.
  • •Experience performing IAM/GRC risk assessments and identifying excessive or inappropriate access.
  • •Strong knowledge of RBAC, entitlements, access reviews, SSO, identity lifecycle, and the Principle of Least Privilege.
  • •Fluent English and located in Latam; able to work with application owners and business stakeholders.
