Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and analyze financial models and pricing scenarios for standard and non-standard agreements, evaluating variables like pricing, discounting, term length, usage commitments, and margin impact.
  • •Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals by analyzing tradeoffs across price, volume, and risk within Twilio’s financial guardrails.
  • •Own the end-to-end Deal Desk operational workflow in Salesforce/CPQ, including quote building, pricing approvals, order form creation, DocuSign execution, and opportunity closure with 100% data integrity.
  • •Ensure Sales and GTM teams follow contracting policies, approval matrices, and discount governance, acting as an educator and guardrail.
  • •Collaborate with Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales to review non-standard contract language and drive deal velocity and Deal Desk workflow improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Business proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus at least 3 years’ experience in corporate finance, FP&A, commercial finance, deal desk, or an analytical go-to-market role (or 5+ years if no degree).
  • •Demonstrated analytical and financial skills, including the ability to explain financial tradeoffs clearly.
  • •Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with experience building financial models and performing scenario analyses.
  • •Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple high-velocity requests under tight deadlines.
