Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Diagnose and repair HVAC units using cutting-edge technology and software along with hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and condition.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent required; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with a handheld computer (smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to coordinate on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
