Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish new AMRAAM Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) with McKinney functional leaders.
  • •Define and manage product vision, strategy, goals, and alignment across programs and customers.
  • •Ensure technical integrity and engineering execution across the IPT to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
  • •Serve as primary technical point of contact for senior program management and engineering leadership.
  • •Direct and support multi-discipline engineers for product development, integration, and production; lead planning/execution of upgrades and continuous improvement activities (FRBs/FRACAS).

Key Requirements
