Key Responsibilities

  • •Legal Analysis, Review of Agreements and Risk Mitigation: Review and interpret terms of contracts to ensure clarity, completeness, and enforceability; identify, analyze, and mitigate potential legal and business risks.
  • •Contract Administration and Structure: Confirm party details, manage renewals/terminations, and determine governing law and jurisdiction to ensure proper dispute resolution.
  • •Communication and Record Keeping: Provide clear feedback on open points and red flags; maintain records of drafts, negotiations, and opinions; liaise with HR, Finance, Compliance and other stakeholders.
  • •Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations (e.g., MiFID II, GDPR) across jurisdictions.
  • •Policy and Process Leadership: Draft policies for group companies and monitor contract terms to align with internal policies and business objectives.
