Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product process design for new product introduction and existing product improvements.
  • •Develop and maintain manufacturing process flow, routing, and sequence of events (SOE) for efficient production.
  • •Run time studies and analyze labor content, cycle time, and line balance to optimize productivity and capacity.
  • •Drive layout planning and line design/balancing, and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
  • •Support NPD through manufacturable process/tooling/fixtures/equipment definition, pilot builds, production launch, and corrective/preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • •8+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing/industrial/production engineering, with HVAC product experience preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
  • •Experience with layout planning, line design, line balancing, and material flow optimization.
  • •Hands-on involvement in new product development (NPD) and production launch support, including project management and cross-functional communication.
