  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model
  • •Drive daily retail operations including consumer service, POS management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards
  • •Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks across all teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of daily responsibilities
  • •Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this knowledge with consumers
