Job Summary

Design, develop, test, document, and support technical objects for a global SAP S/4HANA transformation. Build clean-core aligned solutions across RICEFW (reports, CDS views, enhancements, workflows, conversions, forms, labels) and deliver RAP-based backend services, validations, and service bindings. Translate approved designs into scalable ABAP and extensibility approaches (Key User/Developer extensibility and side-by-side patterns) while collaborating with functional, integration, Fiori/BTP, security, and testing teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze functional specifications and approved designs, then translate them into robust SAP S/4HANA technical specifications and development objects.
•Develop and support ABAP objects and technical artifacts including CDS views, AMDP (where applicable), OData services, Adobe Forms, enhancements, conversions, workflows, and labels.
•Apply clean-core principles by avoiding core modifications and using released SAP APIs/objects, approved enhancement options, Key User Extensibility, Developer Extensibility, and side-by-side extension patterns.
•Design and build RAP-based backend services (behavior definitions/implementations, validations, determinations, actions, service definitions, and service bindings).
•Support the full delivery lifecycle across design/build/test/deploy/cutover/hypercare, including SIT/UAT, security and regression/performance testing, cutover rehearsals, and COE/support handover.

Key Requirements

•8-12 years of SAP technical development experience, including 4-5 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
•Experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementation or transformation programs; Greenfield or Greenfield+ S/4HANA experience is strongly preferred.
•Ability to translate functional specifications and approved designs into technical specifications and SAP development objects aligned with S/4HANA best practices.
•Hands-on capability to develop and support ABAP objects in SAP S/4HANA using modern ABAP syntax plus CDS views and related development approaches.
•Experience implementing technical extensibility and clean-core principles using released APIs/objects, approved enhancement options, and side-by-side patterns.
