Key Responsibilities

  • •Compile and complete work orders for repairs and maintenance of grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment, and vehicles.
  • •Identify, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance tasks on weekly, quarterly, and yearly schedules.
  • •Perform general maintenance to support efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system operations.
  • •Order maintenance supplies and materials needed for repairs in partnership with the Executive Director for larger building repairs.
  • •Respond to emergency calls outside scheduled work hours (24-hour availability by phone).

Key Requirements
