Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions aligned to the value proposition.
  • •Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including onsite presentations and community financial literacy events as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •SAFE Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
