Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits/offboarding across multiple international jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
  • •Provide HR and employee relations guidance on termination, resignation, transfers, redundancy processes, and employment contract-related matters to ensure legal compliance.
  • •Independently lead and facilitate meetings and negotiations in separations and settlements, delivering termination outcomes.
  • •Serve as first point of informal escalation and trusted resource for employee relations cases, including preliminary assessments and handling progressive discipline scenarios.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS and collaborate with stakeholders; identify and drive process improvements through automation and product development.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment/industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and communicate recommendations in ambiguous situations.
  • •Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English; strong automation and AI fluency.
