Job Summary

Support efforts to optimize and standardize production processes for highly complex satellite communications systems. Analyze current production workflows for improvement opportunities, contribute to Lean Management and Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, and perform process observations and value stream analyses. Help plan Kaizen-style workshops, track and visualize KPIs, and assist in standardizing work procedures and implementing 5S, Shopfloor Management, and Lean initiatives.
