Job Summary

Lead the day-to-day operations of a club’s recreational facilities, ensuring safe, engaging, and well-maintained experiences for members and guests. Oversee opening/closing, cleanliness, safety, and functionality, and supervise teams across Kids Club, lifeguards, reception, and housekeeping. Act as Duty Manager when needed, manage performance and coaching, drive member engagement through programming and events, and support incident management and operational improvements.

•Supervise and support the Little Acres Kids Club, lifeguards, reception, and housekeeping teams to deliver high service standards.
•Act as Duty Manager in the absence of senior management, taking full responsibility for club operations, member experience, and incident management.
•Plan and execute recreational programmes, activities, and events while driving member engagement and revenue opportunities through upselling and promotions.
