Analyze and monitor overall equipment effectiveness in the Fabrication Department, owning production losses across utilization, yield, and uptime. Evaluate and categorize losses, record and interpret deviation data to spot trends, and prioritize corrective actions to close performance gaps. Review daily operating logs, partner with reliability engineers, and lead criticality analysis. Support root cause analysis needs and provide subject matter expertise for performance improvement initiatives.
