Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple business and operational sources to support guest experience improvements and operational efficiency. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for internal teams by tracking KPIs across guest engagement, operations, sales, and business performance. Partner cross-functionally, perform data quality checks, and present clear findings and recommendations using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

•Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from multiple business and operational sources.
•Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for management and internal teams.
•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across guest engagement, operations, sales, and business performance.
•Identify trends and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and perform data quality checks.
•Collaborate with Guest Services, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources; present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
•Previous experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related role (preferred).
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
•Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases (preferred).
•Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (advantage).
