Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the PMC team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation; provide critical path oversight using integrated project controls.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact between client, contractors, designers, and key stakeholders.
  • •Oversee contractor performance, compliance with contractual obligations, and review/approve execution plans, methodologies, and recovery plans.
  • •Lead progress reviews, identify/mitigate risks, manage change/variations and claims, ensure KPI/milestone performance, and drive handover/close-out and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
  • •Minimum 20 years of total experience in project management and construction delivery.
  • •Minimum 10 years as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director on large-scale building or aviation projects.
  • •Proven experience delivering aircraft hangars, airport facilities, aviation infrastructure, military facilities, or complex industrial developments.
  • •Strong knowledge of project controls, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder management; professional certification (e.g., PMP/PgMP/Chartered Engineer) preferred.
