Key Responsibilities

•Support product strategy and own execution for Crypto Cards and on-ramp projects using Mastercard cards to purchase crypto.
•Drive growth of crypto card issuance globally, supporting program scaling, partner enablement, and KPI delivery.
•Develop and scale innovative payment use cases through relationships with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, and digital asset players, including self-custody Web3 Cards.
•Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, engineering, risk, and regional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, high-quality product experiences.
•Contribute to evolution of franchise rules, risk frameworks, and regulatory alignment for digital asset transactions while engaging stakeholders and partners to shape strategy.
