Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, maintain, and administer customer infrastructure to improve efficiency, availability, and visibility.
  • •Plan maintenance activities, produce design documentation, and follow standard procedures.
  • •Perform root cause analysis reports for outages/incidents using ITIL problem management practices.
  • •Monitor current infrastructure state and identify improvements to resiliency, incident reduction, and automation of repetitive tasks.
  • •Provide client technology leadership, participate in on-call escalation rotation, and communicate roadmaps and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with Google Cloud (necessary) and AWS Clouds, including infrastructure as code deployments (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform, OpsWorks).
  • •Scripting and automation of administrative tasks using Python and Scala.
  • •Strong microservices architecture and container experience (Kubernetes is a must; Docker and related technologies).
  • •Clear understanding of software development lifecycles and infrastructure best practices (e.g., PRs, merge/rebase).
  • •Comprehensive systems hardware and network troubleshooting, including Linux platform installation, configuration, performance tuning, and cloud migration.
