Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor, including assisting with shipment processing and product flow.
  • •Use metrics to support business-driving strategies and resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to move constantly throughout the store (sales floor and back of house).
