Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end product roadmap and success metrics for Developer Infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, release automation, testing infrastructure, deployment systems, and production readiness standards.
•Drive continuous simplification through regular systems migrations that reduce complexity, improve reliability, and increase engineer adoption.
•Create quality scorecards and leaderboards for production systems to ensure defined standards with executive-level visibility and accountability.
•Partner with Engineering, SRE, Security, and infrastructure leadership to ensure developer lifecycle systems are reliable, performant, secure, and scalable.
•Analyze usage patterns and engineering feedback to prioritize high-impact investments, including integrating AI-powered testing/validation/deployment responsibly.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 243,865 - 286,900 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in developer infrastructure, developer productivity, engineering platforms, or internal tools.
•Deep domain expertise across the code lifecycle (CI/CD, build systems, testing infrastructure, release automation, deployment pipelines, production readiness) with demonstrated fluency in DORA metrics.
•Track record defining and executing multi-year platform strategies that improved developer velocity, reliability, and quality.
•Experience building products where engineers are the primary customer, driving adoption and engagement across an engineering organization.
•Ability to articulate complex infrastructure strategy, quality tradeoffs, and investment cases to senior and executive leadership.
