Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage multiple moderation cases end to end, including creating tickets, moderating, conducting QA, golden labeling, and reporting trends and data.
  • •Shift fluidly between policy violation areas as priorities and abuse trends change.
  • •Apply rapid, accurate labels to user-generated content while weighing false positives, speed, and urgency.
  • •Refine workflows used by content safety moderation response teams to ensure timely and effective moderation.
  • •Proactively hunt for threats and undetected abuse using internal data sets, open-source intelligence, and third-parties; surface bugs and feature requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or a similar field, ideally with exposure to content safety workflows and threat hunting.
  • •Ability to apply policies consistently and accurately under time pressure with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • •Experience following and improving processes to support operational efficiency.
  • •Comfort using data for day-to-day decision-making and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
