Job Summary

Manage day-to-day servicing for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients in the Sports & Entertainment segment, partnering with a Team Leader and sales counterparts to deliver high-quality service. Own renewal and marketing processes, maintain client files and policy records in the agency management system, negotiate submissions with carriers, and support proposal reviews and billing inquiries. Work in a hybrid setup from Plainview, Long Island, with a remote option for experienced Commercial Lines candidates.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day servicing for assigned client accounts, including extensive verbal, electronic, and written communication.
•Partner with the Team Leader to manage renewals and marketing from start to finish.
•Maintain accurate client files and policy records in the agency management system, including follow-up to ensure deliverables are processed.
•Negotiate submissions directly with carriers and lead reviews of proposals and carrier source documents for accuracy and completeness.
•Coordinate billing questions as the first point of contact with clients and carrier personnel, and support related accounting coordination.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of commercial lines insurance servicing experience (preferred) with recent retail insurance brokerage experience.
•Property & Casualty broker’s license required upon hire.
•Demonstrated client service skills with the ability to maintain effective carrier and client relationships.
•Strong business writing and communication skills for verbal, electronic, and written client-facing communication.
•Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); EPIC experience is preferred.
