Serve as a Maintenance Subject Matter Expert at the Indianapolis bakery plant, driving continuous improvement for mechanical equipment and processes. Use deep mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly, guide root-cause and risk-prediction efforts, and coach maintenance employees. Lead meetings, train mechanics, and support ongoing improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, UPS, and breakdown elimination to improve safety, GMP/quality, and uptime.
