Maintain and repair molding machines, auxiliary systems, and plant infrastructure as a journeyman-level technician. Prioritize safety while diagnosing issues, making repairs to restore uptime quickly, and communicating with production and maintenance teams. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, support cost-savings and downtime reduction goals with the Maintenance Manager, and be prepared for overtime/on-call emergency response. Provide your own tools and use them safely.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose machine and system problems and make key repairs to get equipment back online as quickly as possible.
•Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
•Communicate with production-floor teams and other maintenance personnel about affected areas and needs.
•Support the Maintenance Manager with plant goals, cost-savings opportunities, and downtime management.
•Commit to safety and use the appropriate tools in the safest way for each task.
