Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional automotive PDR experience.
  • •Ability to execute complex PDR repairs, including large dents, creased panels, and extensive hail damage.
  • •Knowledge of removing and installing vehicle parts (R&I) such as headliners, taillights, headlights, liftgates, and door panels, including panel access points.
  • •Follow NAAA guidelines for repair methods for each vehicle.
  • •Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment, including exposure to excessive weather conditions.
