  • •Own end-to-end executive search processes for VP+ roles from intake through offer and close.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring executives by shaping search strategy, candidate profiles, and market mapping.
  • •Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of senior leadership talent through sourcing, market research, and external networking.
  • •Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews and reference checks, to ensure leadership and cultural alignment.
  • •Partner with People teams on compensation strategy and offer construction for senior hires.
