Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the corporate financial model, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and scenario planning architecture.
  • •Lead annual operating planning, monthly rolling forecasts, and long-range planning, from process and templates through executive review and Board approval.
  • •Own the monthly business review to diagnose financial health using budget vs. actual analysis, variance drivers, and forward-looking implications.
  • •Build capital allocation and investment frameworks to support growth business cases, evaluate experiments, and manage tradeoffs with financial discipline.
  • •Partner with GTM, Data, and RevOps on revenue and pipeline forecasting and prepare investor-ready narratives connecting performance to strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years across corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles, including at least 5 years in corporate/strategic finance at a high-growth B2B technology or SaaS company.
  • •2+ years of people management experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • •Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience using modern FP&A tools.
  • •Exceptional ability to distill complex analyses into strategic insights for executive and Board audiences, influencing without direct authority.
  • •Collaborative, proactive, curious growth mindset and strong systems thinking connecting financial drivers to business strategy.
